Zeiss LSM510 META confocal (upright)

Description

The equipment has confocal imaging of fixed and live cells, FRAP and FRET imaging. Imaging UV and visual flurophores (eg DAPI, Hoechst, CFP, GFP, YFP, Alexa 488/568/647). Motorised stage allows for tile scanning and multipoint imaging. Z-sectioning and 3D imaging. Fluorescence unmixing to separate emission from overlapping flurophores or removal of autofluorescence. Recently upgraded software to Zen 2009 (Aug 2012).
