Renishaw 2000 Raman Microscope

Description

This instrument has two possible exciting lasers available (a HeNe at 633nm and an IR diode laser at 780nm). The microscope has a computer controlled stage which will allow the sample to be mapped in the x, y and z directions, with spectral resolution ~1cm- 1 and spatial resolution of ~1mm, with a depth of field in the z direction of ~2mm.
