Quantachrome Nova 2200 Analyser

Description

The surface area and porosity of solids can be measured using a Quantachrome Nova 2200 analyser, which uses the gas adsorption/desorption method. The analyser typically uses nitrogen as the adsorbate, but other gases such as carbon dioxide may be available upon application. A wide variety of models are available in the software, including BET surface area and BJH pore size distribution. Please note that macroporosity cannot be measured by gas adsorption/desorption methods.
