The equipment has been specially modified for the analysis of non-covalently bound macromolecular complexes and has the highest m/z range available commercially (m/z 60,000). It has a NanoMate (Advion Biosciences) automated injection system and a high field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS) device.
