Sample Holder for the scanning transmission electron microscope (including Titan ChemiSTEM). This holder is special because it is able to rotate sample 360 degrees about an axis perpendicular to the viewing direction - thereby allowing full tomographic reconstruction without missing tilt angle that is present for all other specimen holders.
