Multi Mode Inverted Microscope
Description
The microscope is a Nikon Eclipse Ti-U inverted light microscope, equipped with 10x, 40x and 60x objectives, UV lamp and a selection of fluorescence filter sets. Images and movies can be recorded with an Andor Zyla sCMOS camera. It also has a white-light TIRF module.
