Genomics Core Facility

The Genomics Core Facility offers Illumina Next-Generation Sequencing and target validation / discovery through Real-Time and Droplet Digital PCR. For single cell isolation and processing the facility has Laser Capture Micro-dissection and the Fluidigm C1 system.

With a team of experienced staff, the GCF offers service support from grant application and experimental design through to assay delivery and validation for both internal and external customers.
