Bruker Avance III HD 700 NMR Spectrometer

Description

This spectrometer is equipped with a 24 position autosample changer and a triple-resonance nitrogen cooled Prodigy cryoprobe

The probe is optimised for observation of 1H/19F with enhanced sensitivity for 13C plus observation or decoupling of 15N. This probe is ideal for COSY, EXSY, NOESY, ROESY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, DOSY and has a temperature range of 0 to +80 °C.

We also have a 5mm broadband multinuclear (BBO) probe for observation of nuclei in frequency range 109Ag to 31P. This machine can decouple or observe 1H or 19F and has a temperature range of +/- 135 °C
