Bruker Avance III 400 MHz NMR spectrometer, with two-channel Nanobay V1 console and 5 mm room temperature broadband observe probe (BBO) equipped with Z-gradients and capable of 109Ag-19F on the X channel, and a BOSS-2 shimming system. BVT3200 temperature control capable of <-100 °C with liquid nitrogen evaporation outside of automation (limited by a minimum shim coil temperature of 5 °C), and room temperature-180 °C with compressed air in automation, although a maximum of 75 °C for routine automation. Equipped with 60-position SampleXpress autochanger.
