Helium-cooled composite germanium bolometer fitted with 10 THz low-pass filter and HDPE window. Bolometer model QGeB/X, fitted in TK1840 system with pre-amplifier board. Detection range 90GHz-10THz; Frequency response 500Hz (-3dB); Responsivity 10kV/W; NEP 2pW/Hz^0.5.
