7900HT Real Time PCR Machine

Description

Multiple Real Time Applied Biosystem PCR machines enable, high-throughput, one and two step RT PCR RNA quantification, DNA/cDNA quantitation, Allelic Discrimination and Plus/Minus assays using an internal positive controls. All machines support TaqMan® and SYBR® Green chemistries. The ABI 7900HT also has the added flexibility of a 384 well format option, and the capacity to run TaqMan® low density micro-fluidic cards.
