4D Cell Imaging System
Description
Microscope System which controls the focus of lenses over successive time. Allows us to image Differential interferance contrast microscopy (NOMARSKI) or flourescense. It can capture images at defined series of focal pane of the specimen at successive point of time. It is used specifically for imaging gene expression in developing live nematode embryos.
